P6 Pondalite – The TECHNICAL Data The Description P6 Pondalite is a latex modified cementitious material. Ideal for use as a tanking system during pond construction. It forms a water tight barrier and adds strength to the pond structure. The Uses
The Colour Grey The Mixing Add the liquid in the container to the powder stirring all the time. Add small quantities of water to the mix and continue until a smooth creamy mixture is reached. The best description of a correct consistency is a thick emulsion. Important Please make sure that successive mixes are of the same consistency – this ensures that your work stays smooth and even through ought. The Application Apply by brush to the substrate covering evenly to approximate depth of 2-3mm. Mix several times during application to ensure uniformity. If required the system will take 2 coats but leave 12 hours minimum between coats. Full cure is achieved in 24 hours at 15 degrees C. If the product becomes stiff towards the end of the mix DO NOT add water to the product instead dip brush into a bucket of clean water. Remove excess water from the brush and repeat if required during application. The Coverage This depends on the absorbency and quality of the substrate and the depth applied. The Cleaning Tools should be not be left and should be cleaned as soon as possible after use with water and detergent. The Storage Store inn a cool, dry and frost free place in its original container. Shelf life – 12 months in the above conditions.
